Employees can write down their suggestions and mail them to CTBC’s Human Resources Department or mail them directly to the Head of Human Resources.

Employees can personally share with any human resources manager their suggestions and opinions.

The General Administration Department has set up a dedicated feedback link/function on its Website - http://ga.chinatrust.com.tw - which employees can log on to make their opinions known.
